In general we have one of our senior consultants manage the project for the clients. As the project grows we can bring other consultants to bear on the project as required.

We source our resources from:

1. Our internal panel. We have an excellent network of consultants that we have worked with  on other projects. we can provide these resources to the client at preferential rates;

2.  Local partners. We work with local partners in collaboration or using their resources to work on client projects under our guidance and the clients management

3.  Offshore partners. In the past we have worked with a number of offshore partners to assist us deliver projects in Ireland. Through our unique cultural understanding we are extremely successful in managing these resources both onshore  and offshore to derive the best total cost of ownership for the client.
